Lead Attorney

Eddie is a commercial attorney with more than 15 years' private-practice experience in commercial advisory, transactional drafting and negotiations, corporate governance, secured transactions, litigation and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience advising on complex commercial, infrastructure, construction, mining and corporate transactions, including joint ventures, project agreements, financing and security arrangements, regulatory compliance and contractual risk allocation. He holds a Specialisation in Construction Law Certificate and is an Associate Member of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC and the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators. He is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of Botswana and will lead the legal due-diligence exercise, with responsibility for legal analysis, risk assessment, quality assurance and the final legal recommendations.
