Itumeleng strategises on each matter she handles, she does so with the diligence and concision required for a comprehensive and cost-effective resolution.

Graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2012 with an LLB, she was admitted as an Attorney in the courts of the Republic of Botswana the same year. She is also an admitted Conveyancer and Notary Public. She is an accredited mediator with the Society of Mediators in association with Mediation Mechanics. Due to her dedication to continued learning of emerging trends she also pursued and holds a certificate in Social Media Marketing from the University of Cape Town.

During her years in practice, she has worked at two reputable law firms in Gaborone as an associate attorney before joining the firm. She started her practice as a Professional Assistant in a conveyancing department and later focused her practice on litigation, which has been the cornerstone of her practice since the early days. Her immersive practice approach has honed her skillset as an attorney focused on litigation as well as dealing with property matters in conveyancing and providing a myriad of notarial services. In her role as mediator she provides an alternative dispute resolution mechanism for her clients who desire resolution that is client-focused, confidential, and non-combative.

Itumeleng has mentored up-and-coming attorneys throughout her career. She has further cemented her commitment to training lawyers by becoming a member of faculty of the Trial Advocacy Training program by Justice Advocacy Africa in association with the Law Society of Botswana in 2019. Over and above her role as an attorney she seeks to give back meaningfully by providing pro bono legal services periodically and has engaged in several charitable projects.
